There are no short breaks at Christmas and New Year -
bookings at this time are weekly and can start on any day of the week

10% OFF above rates at STABLE COTTAGE if no more than two are staying.
Single occupancy – 15% off during low or mid season.
 

Families or groups of up to six people can rent Barn and Loft Cottages which have an internal interconnecting door. 

 Early booking is advisable, some weeks are already booked, as we have several groups who return annually. Please check availability by phone or letter. A deposit of £50 per week is required to confirm your booking, the balance being due two weeks before your arrival. A deposit of £100 per week is required for Peak rates. Telephone or email bookings will be held for one week to allow for receipt of deposit.

The self-catering accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4PM to 10AM on the day of departure. Earlier entry may be possible by arrangement.

As part of your agreement of let you undertake to leave the cottage as found, ready for the next occupant. If you prefer to have the cottage cleaned for you please let us know - the costs is an extra £30.

At the end of the let the property and all fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property should be left in a like state of repair and condition, other that fair wear and tear, as at the commencement of the let. Any loss, damage or breakage that may occur during the period of letting may be charged for.

No subletting is allowed and numbers must not exceed the stated capacity of the property.
