Three, well equipped, centrally heated, self-catering cottages, which
sleep 2, 3 or 4, have emerged from the careful refurbishment of the steading
building.

Two families who visit regularly, sharing
two cottages ...

All
cottages have a multi-purpose main room with TV, microwave, cooker,
fridge, settee
and table and chairs. Cooking
is by Gas in Barn and Stable Cottages and Electricity in Loft Cottage.
In
the main room in Stable Cottage there is convertible seating
which sleeps two.
Each cottage has a bedroom - in Barn Cottage it has 2'6" twin
beds which can be linked and zipped together into a 5' double bed. In Loft
Cottage the bedroom is upstairs and it has 2'6" twin beds which can
be linked and zipped together into a 5' double bed and a 3' single bed.
Stable Cottage has 3' bunk beds in the bedroom.

Each cottage has shower
room (see picture) with power shower, WC and wash basin. The layout (see
plan) of these cottages has been designed to offer families and groups
flexibility should they wish to stay together at one location. If two, or
even all three, cottages are booked by the same group, a reduced rate will
be applied. Electricity is included in the rental. Bed linen is supplied but
not towels or cot linen A cot is available for infants. Stable Cottage has a
gentle ramp to the door, wider doors and a shower room suitable for
wheelchair users. There is a laundry area, including washing machine and
drying room, for use by guests at Steading Cottages. There is plenty of
parking space in the grounds. For
picnics or playing there is a large grassy area with views south over the
valley of the Spey to the Grampian Mountains.
